  I would scream hell to the yessssss knowing that I would have a lot of people agreeing with me on that but not anymore. 

Few months ago, I was having a conversation with a friend on this topic and she said if her boyfriend cheats on her that it is not enough reason to call it quits especially if it’s just emotional cheating. You can’t even imagine the disbelief on my face as she went on and on about the different ways he may cheat and it would be a deal breaker. It made me realise that this cheating game has gone further than we even imagine and there are some forms of it that is bearable and then some others are not.

         It makes me even second guess this relationship struggle, until my heart can maybe find the forms of this act that it can bear, because if anything what she said made me realise that cheating like most things concerning human behaviour is complicated.

         Let me put it out here, every single person has the tendency to cheat in some form or another (I know people will come for me for this)

         First of all, what is cheating? There is no perfect definition anymore because what you would take as cheating is not what another would take as cheating. It is therefore important you discuss with your partner what would define cheating for you guys, then cheating would then be betrayal of the expectations you have of your partner.
 

Let’s go back to everyone having the tendency to cheat in some form or another, cheating now has different forms from physical to emotional to cyber cheating (LOL!) Why do you think it’s only recently that emotional intimacy with another person be classified as cheating? This is because the world is evolving and people are getting sentimental about things they wouldn’t normally care about. Little things now count as cheating.

            A lot of scenarios have come up and people argue whether that is cheating or not, so lets look at some of them and we can decide which of them can be termed cheating and which can you or can you not bear. Here goes;

1) If your bae is sexting someone all through the night.

2) If your bae tries to look hot for someone ther than you (by that I mean your girlfriend picking out matching  undies just to look hot or your boyfriend now being cautious of how he looks.

3) If your bae keeps secret the amount of time he/she spends on this other person.

4) If your bae sleeps in the same bed with someone he/she was interested in and nothing happens.

5) When your bae buys intimate gifts for someone other than you.

6) When your boo’s best friend is of the opposite gender.

7) If your bae is still texting his or her ex.

8) When your bae during sex or something passionate, calls out or whispers the name of another person
 

9) When this baby of yours lies about what he/she is doing behind your back

10)Do you consider your bae just bossing another person cheating?

Which do you agree to be a deal breaker for you? Which of these forms will you term cheating and I would love to hear your opinions on this…….will any form of cheating be a deal breaker for you or you are part of my crowd that cheating is cheating after all a sin is a sin no matter how big or small it is.

On the debate about Lagos State government employing graduates as bus conductors with monthly pay of 50,000 naira.

 In as much as the idea sounds very demeaning, worthless and ridiculous. In as much as it may suggest a waste of time in the university. In as much it may not go down well with your social prestige or whatever name you choose to label your ego.

I. Don't. See. Anything. Wrong. With. It.

 

I went to school to be gainfully employed; to be able to pay my bills, fend for my family and be able to build a future.

Now what happens if that goal is not achieved? What happens when you spend your four, five years in school only to come back home and still be depending on your parents for everything, including 100 naira airtime for free night calls(since there's no money to recharge during the day).

Most importantly, what happens when you're so unfortunate to find yourself a citizen of Nigeria; a country fucked sideways that it even rubbishes the extra effort you put in to get something doing. Entrepreneurial skills et al.

In such instances, you fucking dump your ego, quit fucking with idleness and fucking go the extra mile to get something doing.

You never hear sey na condition dey make crayfish bend?

 

I will listen to your sermon about the job not being befitting for a graduate only if you have something better doing. Gaan sit down abeg.

Degree that cannot fetch money for you, eaz that one a degree? Then it becomes just a paper(no matter the nature of design and signature and seal that come with it.

You don't know shit about life after school yet till all these your little cousins will start sending you their account numbers. Numbers you did not even ask for.

Be there and be forming yeye graduate, no go submit your application for the job, accompanied with a photocopy of your degree certificate.

E be like you never understand the country you find yourself in.

PS: With 50,000 monthly pay, you can be able to save something with time and along the line, back out and get a better job. You don't have to stay on it for ever.

PS2: Life is all about hustle; it's about being able to get money. Not about boasting with your degree certificate(wey dust don hammer finish) that is not taking care of you.

PS3: What's our minimum wage again, biko?

 

 

The EPL Weekend Review

​Another weekend of EPL action has passed and once again viewers were interested in seeing if Guardiola's poor form would continue , if Mourinho and United would win on their midweek win, if Liverpool can continue their good form, if Chelsea performance against United was just a flash...

All these questions and many more were answered during the weekend, it all started at the stadium of light.

SUNDERLAND VS ARSENAL

This turned out as many would expect , nothing out of the blue happened as Arsene Wenger's men cruised to a 4-1 victory over David Moyes and his team with a double from Sanchez and a double from Giroud within his first treo touches of the game

Gotta feel sorry for David Moyes, even though Sunderland board had thrown their weight behind him things aren't just working out for him over there and this game didn't help matters as Sunderland have started the season very poorly languishing at the bottom.

Verdict:

For Wenger, a good reply following last week drab draw against Middlesbrough, Arsenal needed to win and also keep pace at the top of the EPL 

Sunderland though,a lot seems to be going wrong for them and David Moyes, honestly I want Moyes to succeed

MANCHESTER UNITED VS BURNLEY 

Before this match,I honestly felt Sean Dyche was gonna come out set up his team in a way that makes me refer to him as a "poor man's Mourinho " and yea my thoughts were laid bare .

Manchester United has come in for a lot of stick all season but honestly I can't fault the players here , United put in a performance and Burnley and Tom Heaton (MOTM) stood their ground,it was another great defensive display from season dyche's men.

As you all already know, this game was a goalless draw with most of the excitement coming in from Mourinho's sending off to the stands,to watching his assistant climb the stair way for tactical instructions. Ander Herrera's red card did slow down the game for United but United's display was highlighted by some poor finishing from Zlatan Ibrahimovic who has now gone on his worst goal drought since December 2007.

Verdict:

This was a good game for United maybe not for Mourinho, but the effort was definitely there. For United's title ambitions they are slowly driving away from the top

Burnley have Tom Heaton to thank , this is their first point in as many as four away games with 4 shots in all those games.

West brom vs Manchester city 

Going into the game a big question was raised and that's if Pep Gaurdiola and his boys have lost their mojo that dazzled the EPL for the opening weeks because they have gone six games without getting a win. No disrespect to Tony Pulis and his boys, no one really cared if they could pull a result even if they did , the papers would be referring to it as a capitulation of Manchester city.

The match went as some of us would expect, Manchester city went on to win 4-0 with Aguero and Gundogan both having braces, nothing more really happened in the game.

PS: who else is noticing what a steal Gundogan is!

Tottenham vs Leicester city

The draw specialist going up against last season's lucky champions. I genuinely rate Tottenham as title contenders as I find them the most stable team alongside Arsenal but things haven't really gone their way especially with the injuries and as for Leicester, we all know their campaign last season was a miracle but I am not taking credit away from them and truly find them as a good team who would finish around mid table.

The match went as expected as it ended with in a    1-1 stalemate with Jansen scoring a penalty again!and Nigerian striker Ahmed Musa scoring the equaliser for the foxes.

One again Claudio Ranieri has never lost to Tottenham in 11 meetings and Tottenham has gone 10 games without being beaten, not a single loss in the league this season

Crystal Palace vs Liverpool 

Liverpool going up against a familiar foe in Alan Pardew who enjoys a victory against Liverpool more than anything and for Liverpool, would their good form continue against a team they have struggled in the past against.

This by far happened to be the most entertaining match judging by at least the first half where the scoreline was 3-2 in favor of Liverpool. The game ended 4-2 in favor of Liverpool with the same question arising for Liverpool , how long till their defence haunts them because you can't always outscore the opponent.

Verdict:

Jurgen klopp seems to have revitalised Liverpool and am starting to rate them as title contenders and Liverpool seems to have a player in Joel Matip

Southampton vs Chelsea 

Conte's 3-5-2 formation is coming to shape ,at least that's what we all thought after the thrashing of Manchester United but midweek results gave us a reevaluation. Southampton are playing well under Claude Puel and seem to have bought well this season, how do Southampton do this every season? They always find a way of restructuring and replacing each season.

The game went as expected for some though Chelsea's early goal was kinda like a surprise, Hazard came through with a beautiful finish,he is having a good season already and Costa rounded the game off with the game's second and his 8th goal so far .

Verdict :

Chelsea seems to be getting their solidity back and with Hazard on form and Costa's continuing hot streak , they might just well be finishing in the top 4.

Claude puel and Southampton Gabe nothing really to worry about ,it's a long season and it's obvious so far that they would do well
